We are pleased to offer the option of video conferencing, providing participants with a convenient way to share their research and engage in discussions without the need for travel.

The sole intention of this feature is to ensure that those unable to attend physical, in-person conferences can still enjoy the same opportunities — networking with peers and experts, learning from top domain specialists, presenting and disseminating their latest research findings, collaborating on innovative ideas, and exploring opportunities for career growth — all from the comfort of their homes.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. First, please send us your presentation slides (PPT) in advance.
  2. Download the Zoom or Microsoft Teams app on your mobile phone, laptop, or tablet.
  3. Create (sign up for) a Zoom or Microsoft Teams account (www.zoom.us / www.microsoft.com/teams).
  4. We will send you a meeting invitation with an embedded video link, including the Meeting ID and password (if applicable).
  5. Before joining the session, please check your camera, microphone, screen-sharing option, and internet connectivity to ensure a smooth presentation.
  6. You may leave the meeting at any time after your presentation is completed.

N.B: Maximum Time Limit for Presentation: 10 Minutes
